Definitely looks different from typical western bathrooms. I think those are like huge shower rooms with a tub inside so the floor is probably slightly concave with a drain. Notice the glass door to the right and the shower head to the front of Junichi, all you have to do is spray down everything.

Toilet and sink is probably in a separate room on the other side of that door.
