Watch Kite (same artist) for sex. Mezzo is about a detective agency and yes it's good.

Movie or the anime?

It's really entertaining, but it could have used more sex scenes.

The OVA is pretty good. The anime was alright if you really want to see more of the DSA's shenanigans but it's hard to really recommend it. It lacks the high animation quality and a lot of the story arcs aren't very interesting.
