What exactly is keeping Nami in place here? Why wouldn't she just move? Atleast physically nothing is restraining her. While first reading I thought the woman behind her was just holding her arms, but that is not the case.

Page before where Luffy is in the book world, when he looked at Nami he saw her in a bird cage (together with the woman grabbing the vivre card), but maybe that is just an illusion? Did only Luffy see it? Does the book world create actual physical objects that can interact with people like that? Or is it the woman's devil fruit that is restraining Nami?

I'd hate it thought if Jinbe lost a leg or arm. His fighting style depends heavily on distributing his body weight and having the correct stance, so losing him a leg would heavily weaken him (in theory, atleast, we all know however losing a body part means nothing in One Piece). Losing an arm would be similarly bad since he relies on punching. Also, we had character losing limps in every arc after the time skip (except maybe Fishman Island?), so having another one would be kinda lame.

Nerfing Jinbe would be a questionable decision since he arguably wasn't that strong by New World standards anyway.

I honestly thing he pulled out because Ur Mom was threatening to kill the entirety of Fishman Island or something like that. He would gladly lose a limp for Luffy, but not sacrifice an entire people.

No one will fight Mom in this arc. Instead, Judge and Germa 66 will be the final boss. The focus will be on rescuing Sanji. However, halfway through, Jinbe will likely see Luffy struggling and remember that he made a promise, deciding to finally take the leap and openly oppose Mom.
For this, and for the crew as a whole crashing her precious wedding and wrecking the place, Mom will be utterly livid and go to Fishman Island herself with her strongest fighters to slaughter everyone there. The arc will turn into a race back to FI, and then into a battle to evacuate it where the current crew + Jinbe will face off against Mom herself together. The battle will completely wreck FI and Luffy's finishing blow against Mom will destroy it.

This would trigger that group to move and join in the scene. They could learn the plot to overthrow BM and the fact that Luffy is in trouble.

I believe this group is smart. BM is currently FI's protector. If another case like WB occurs again, they wouldn't want FI to suffer. Plus, they couldn't rely solely with Luffy and they would believe he needs more time to gain the fame and authority that would equal a Yonkou's so that FI can be safe.
