It is not confirmed that they are dead. Yukine's locked in a prison box, Yato falls on the ground possibly just unconcious, bisha possibly unconcious(maybe dead). Ameterasu seems like a strict god, portrayed somewhat evil, but might be brainwashed/controlled by someone. Either way Yato is not gonna die neither is Yukine. Even if Yato dies he will be brought back with the help of the people he helped for 1 cent/per job. Bisha deffintly will get back.
