I would make a anime about a high school where students practice magic abilities and the main character has an ability that seems like it's worthless at first but he can somehow manage to beat everyone and also every girl in the show falls in love with him

Some sort of retro af hoverbike racing anime set in the future that goes super over the top but plays it straight. Eternally hot blooded rival who ends up aiding the protagonist in the end and all that shit.

Protag that starts off as a cocky asshole kid but ends up growing throughout the series to become an upstanding man.

Childhood female friend that ends up getting with the protag after he admits his feelings for her after the climactic race.

Some shit about racers having to train their bodies to peak physical fitness to survive the stresses these hoverbikes place on their bodies which leads to some fights and drama and shounen-tier shit outside of the races, and allows for training montages.

Some way to send the bikes into ludicrous speed that has always been lethal to the rider due to the forces involved but that the protag and antag activate during the final, climactic race that they only just barely survive.
