Had PSG gotten aired on Adult Swim , it would have a sequel by now. Gainax doesn't even have to sell the rights they can basically make it with TRIGGER. Most of their best work were collaborations anyway

Production I.G. got the FLCL rights from them, so anything's possible at this point.
