First season was good. Fun episodic mission/adventures of electric batmans and his crew finished by some plotdump episodes. I'll admit, looking back at it the plotdump episodes werent as good as the episodic parts, but I wouldnt call it overall "barely passable"

What a coincidence, I just rewatched DtB yesterday.
The first season is decent, some things are not explained well enough but it's still a pretty good poor-mans fantasy GiTS SAC.
