King and Diane are kind of all-round combatants. King has his Disaster and Sacred Weapon with its many forms and Diane has her muscles and earth powers which supposedly can be further augmented and polished by dancing (which Dolor failed to show in his battle with Mel).

I think King has the most interesting and creative power.

Escanor's past has been vaguely shown. He has a complex regarding his transformation, hates himself for this and loves Merlin because she praised him despite his curse. He not knowing why he is like that affects him even more. There is stuff about Merlin but in the actual manga not a lot of hints.

10300 is Meliodas gone berserk, which we haven't seen for his 30-50k form and his 60k+ form, so 4400 is the better comparison, but you're right.

The page where Mel used the boost to go up to 10k was very similar to the one where Estarossa healed himself after the first cruel sun also, waiting for more details about all those boosts, only Mel's was really mentioned.

By that reasoning, even if Estarossa and Zeldris have the same ability, you would have to compare that to Mel's form when using his mark, not without, which would currently put him way above his brothers' natural state of 60k.
If anything, Mel's restraint of his powers caused his power to be limited to 60k.
