I can't bring myself to watch Eva. Because of it being so heavily discussed even today, I know all the crucial plot points and developments through osmosis. It's so ingrained into the culture of not only this board, but the website as a whole, that it's a real challenge to avoid. I just have this feeling that I won't get anything out of it and it's not gonna be worth getting into.

Jojo has the best pacing of any mainstream shonen. We go through the entirety of the first arc, as well as the first protag's life from childhood to its conclusion in 44 chapters, and cover two centuries over the course of around 200.
