See this thing? Use it. Left is too early and right is too late. Local offset uses -offset for early hits and +offset for late ones. Apparently global offset has it the other way around, but I never use that.

You can figure out the exact numbers by od. Pic related is on od10 so each 300 side is 19.5ms so I'd need to use ~-5ms to fix it. Or you could just wing it and figure it out afterwards.

As a side note, using offset only fixes timing problems with tapping, if you're hitting too early/late because you aren't used to the ar or you're misaiming, it won't help. Trying never hurts though and you can always change it back.
