The last one is Aizawa's drawback who also has an OP quirk.

I legit hope that All For One has a sympathetic backstory.

Not like really bad things happened to him, but rather that he did all of this for what he flat out, genuinely believes is the greater good.

Like he wanted to control quirks and be all-powerful and kinda half-run the world behind the scenes because he feared eventually quirks with world-destroying potential would emerge and it would end up being the end of humanity.

I strongly disagree, i don't dislike sympathetic villains like that other anon, but i don't think All for One should be one.

Shiggy can be sympathetic, other villains can be sympathetic. That's fine by me, but i want AFO to be 100%, complete, pure and unadulterated evil.

But i disagree, the only reason he needs to do that if he is completely evil is to continue fucking with people, for starters it seems that the only reason he adopted ShiggyDiggy(at least the start) was to have something to use against All Might. And going beyond that, he could've done it because he really is fucked and he knows he is not going to get better, so he wants someone to continue his work of destroying society not because it's going to benefit him, but because it's going to be bad for everyone else.

I'm sure his backstory is going to be more complicated than that, and he is going to have at least some reasonable logic for what he has done, but i don't want him to be sympathetic, i want him to be evil and rotten to the core. I want him to be the kind of guy that would say there was a bomb planted on an orphanage and that if heroes try to evacuate the orphanage he is goign to blow it up only to blow it up anyway when heroes go to disarm it just to get rid of a couple of good guys. I want it to be revealed that he used his force quirk activation on shiggy to have him kill his parents just so that he could take him and brainwash him just to fuck with all might.

No matter the motivation for the heroes (e.g. fame/money/selflessness/etc) they are still objectively good while the villains are objectively bad.

Can someone explain how the fuck any villain justifies what they do? Every chapter about this just reads like gibberish ("i have to be true to myself", "heroes use violence to stop us, so they're the same as us", etc).

Not sure if serious but here goes. The villains in BnHA are a containable, but irresolvable existence. They never die out because there are simply a minority who can't fit into society

Muscle guy gets a kick out of crushing people with his strength. Mud guy and the Reservoir Dogs wants to use their quirks for petty crimes, Twice is so damaged he probably can't even work at McDonalds. Shigaraki's hatred for society at large hasn't been explained yet.

All these people have quirks that can allow them to lead productive lives and be happy, but chose not to.

Compare that with Shinsou. He puts up with innuendos everyday about him born to be a villain, but chose to pursue a career in heroics, because in his own words "I can't help what I long to be"
