I didn't get the love for this. I tried so hard to like it, but all of its elements just don't coalesce into a coherent whole, and you keep hoping for some twist which will make it all make sense, but no, when you're done watching the cliched things are still cliched and the out-of-place are still out of place. As for animation and art style I found them meh.

I don't know, I thought it was nice, even if for the most part it was just a decently done "Chinese electric batman versus the X-men".

I suppose the thing I found most enjoyable over the whole arc was the sort of "vignettes" of the contractors and their very human lives sort of frozen in time. Also I'm a sucker for anything that resembles the zone I guess.

No one really likes it because of the overarching plot, which is pretty bare bones. It's an episodic show that you watch for characters and atmosphere.
