After Goku 'killed' Frieza she went and got him drunk and stole some blood. She then used this to make a half kai/ half saiyan that had all the Goku potential ontop of Kai abilities and some weird mind/mood reading power that allowed him an edge vs equal powered opponents. He then went to Earth to prove his power by killing Goku and instead found everyone else.

He blew the fuck out of everyone and had to be put down with SSJ4 Gotenks which failed and he got sealed by Kibitoshin in a sword. West Kai showed up and attempted to free him and beats the fuck out of a bunch of exhausted Z fighters using her mind reading power (lolcamefromnowhere) before Kibitoshin selfdestructs her ass and himself.

To be fair, a lot of the basic plot stuff was based on existing DB AF rumors.

The whole idea of this super powerful God/Saiyan hybrid called Xicor, including his design, weren't by Toyotaro. The biggest change in his version is that he made his mother the West Kaioshin, while the original rumors just mentioned a generic "goddess" character called Lila. Now, the flow of the story afterwards is original, including adding SSJ4 Gohan (who was from an illustration not the Xicor rumors).

Same goes to the Trunks from an unknown timeline that appeared in Cell 's past. His timeline also wouldn't have a ring in the main timeline since there's no connection to it.

It's more accurate to have timeline splits than having four parallel timelines. Trunks originally went back in time and returned to the future, where Cell killed him. Cell went back even further in time, which created a new timeline which Trunks retroactively traveled to. This Trunks survived and went back to his time, which was now a different timeline because he's a different Trunks.

Also, the timeline from which Cell came from should have an alien free earth. It's a very sad timeline in which Goku died from disease, the other Z fighters were killed in action by the androids, and Trunks was killed in cold blood by Cell, meters away from his mother. However, the earth is finally safe for ever. No Babidi, no Beerus, no Golden Frieza, no Zamasu.

The way I consider it right now is that: It's not a true Super Saiyan form, as in, this is not something that Goku or Vegeta could ever attain. It's Black's unqiue transformation caused by gaining more power and getting more used to Goku's body. Since he's not a true Saiyan, just a god with god ki in a Saiyan's body, his "Super Saiyan" transformation just mutated and had a different appearance than the natural version.

Does that sound right? Do you disagree with that?

The stronger I got I would set arbitrary goals for myself. Like, once my bench press/squad/deadlift combined numbers hit a certain level, I would be the equivalent of a Saiyan. Only kept things at Frieza Saga level though: in my own head, the strongest people in the world would be like SSJ Goku on Namek level.

If I was lifting with my weights at home instead of the gym, I would put on DBZ episodes as I lifted that featured the character I equated myself as being at that time. As in, at a certain point I would just watch Nappa episodes. Then I kept getting stronger, so I graduated to Vegeta vs Goku episodes. etc.

I have not told anyone about this IRL except for one other dude I was friends with, who was very normie, but also very much into DBZ and lifting, so he liked it.

Thanks brah. The back is still not in ideal shape, but it doesn't inhibit everyday movements, which is good. I don't think I'm going to push it anymore though, like no more heavy, maxing out deadlifts or squats anymore. Just lighter weights on those exercises, heavier on everything else. I know theoretically with proper care those weights shouldn't negatively affect the back at all, if you keep the weight correct, but my competitive nature makes that hard to do.
