I think to say this show has no narrative is simple false. There is a narrative. It develops slowly, sometimes subtlety, and I can see how some might not see it due to being overshadowed by all the other things that happen in the episodes, but it is there.

I found the time skips could be a bit jarring at times, and the flashbacks (such as episode 3) felt a bit clumsy at times, but in the end they were able to cut out all boring parts so I can live with that.
