Pretty sure it's ひぞう, not ひそう. The difference is very subtle in Shiina's voice, but when Tama later repeats it at 3:17 it's clearer. I think she simply says "先代から伝わる秘蔵の品" - a cherished article handed down from the previous generation (this sounds weird at this point but later it becomes clear that it comes from their senpai).
