Everyone hypes up Tamako Love Story, but I actually liked Tamako Market more. I liked how Dera actually became less of a joke character as the show went on and adults were involved unlike most slice of life shows. Also the OP was top tier

I love them both the same. They just enhance each other so much that it doesn't feel right to pick a favorite. I agree that the TV series is really underrated. People tend to pick on Dera, but I grew really attached to him as the show went on.

The first half was amazing, but the entire second half was really lackluster. I specifically remember the scene where they were checking out the building (before their first out of body experience) and one of those big black spooky things chased them down the hallway. I feel shows like Kanon are all under appreciated. The show knows what it is and doesn't try to do anything outside of its realm.
Also add in the fact that it was really well done.
I think it gets unjustified hate for it being "keyshit" when it did everything better than its counterparts.

Forgot this show existed as I haven't even thought about it since it aired.
But thinking about it now, I would say it fits perfectly into this category.
I had fun watching it and I remember it being halfway decent at that.

Depends on how you're counting, I guess. It's like a 6/10 show but people act like it's 3/10 because they always have such high expectations of kyoani.

The only worthwhile episode in that show was the one where MC becomes a child again because reasons and tits girl becomes his mom because reasons. It was the only one that didn't feel like a slog.

Watching the first episode of Tower of Druaga was the most fun I've had in a while. I came in expecting a deconstruction fantasy/action and got insanity.

I found Grimgar to be extremely comfy and appealing. I had no knowledge of the source material so I wasn't as disappointed as some.
A shame it aired the same season as konosuba, a lot of people couldn't handle two isekais at once so they chose the more popular one.
