Just because you're blind doesn't mean you can't see. My uncorrected vision is so shit that it's below the threshold for legal blindness (which is for corrected vision). This means that without glasses or contacts, what I see is what someone who is legally considered blind could see. I wouldn't say it's perfect, but I can see things well enough to write this post without correction. I can hardly make out the letters on the screen, but I see the pictures just perfectly fine. I'd be able to watch anime fine, I'd just have to listen to the dub as I couldn't read the subtitles. Might miss out on a few subtle things, but not much.
