Mangatoshokan was the one I used. It sort of had the same layout as tokyotoshokan, but didn't feature torrents, just manga hosting.

I remember coming there for the Ikkitousen manga, "translated" by GCRascal himself, and I think he used that place as his main place for his scanlations.
