Mobs gets drained off his energy and goes unconscious. Dimple thought he won so he tried to bind Mob just like he did with Teru. Then suddenly, ???% happen which makes another hole in the broccoli. Dimple tries to absorb ???% energy but got outmatched by ???%'s absorbing powers. Meanwhile, pass out mob is dreaming about his future and friends and he finds some kind of resolution from it and forces himself to wake up from the 100%. Another explosion happens which bust yet another hole in the broccoli. After the dust settled, dimple sees from the crater that Mob has wake up again. It turns out that mob has reached the strongest 100% explosion he could muster which is 100% Mob Psycho which is basically ???% controlled by him.

Dimple's definitely been shown to have a better heart than he lets on. He's also incredibly observant and understands humans undeniably well. While he wasn't particularly good at reading Mob at first, it's undeniable that he knows how to push his buttons at this point. So boxing Mob into a corner with his antagonistic actions and threats, is very much Dimple trying to egg Mob into exorcising him, but why?

Is he being manipulated by the will of the Divine Tree and is this just a ploy to absorb Mob's powers?

Is Dimple acting like a little shit supposed to be a last hurrah to all of his dreams and goals as a spirit? A kind of bucket list of ridiculous shit he wanted to try and do before Mob has him hit the road?

Is it a mixture of both? Where the Divine Tree wants more spiritual power and reverence, and Dimple realizes its time to pass on but can't bring himself to say goodbye in a healthy way so he hurts Mob to try to get him to cut all ties to ensure that they part without any sappy bullshit/regrets?

What I'm saying is, this arc is gonna McFuckin Break My Heart, and I feel like there's more know and explore regarding Dimple's side of the conflict

I think at this point it's just a gag, really. They have very different personalities: Ritsu is always serious while Reigen is very goofy. And it's also his job as a possessive little brother. He'll grow out of it. He might be smart, but he's still a kid.

If Dimple is really going to absorb all of his power, then that would be the perfect opportunity to finally reveal what the hell ???% is.

Many speculate it's a different creature inside Mob that is usually dormant and works as Mob's source of immense psychic powers. It would be like Naruto having a lot of extra chakra because of the Kyubi. It'll be interesting to see what happens if Mob runs out of juice: Will ???% still be able to come out? If so, that would mean it's a complete different entity with its own powers.

I feel that what ticked Mob was more the "get a clue" thing, which is a direct reference to what set off Mob's anger for good in the lol cult arc, and have it combined with Tsubomi. Mob IS already angry at having all of his friends and family brainwashed, but Dimple using Tsubomi's image like that was just really the last straw because he's very very clearly making fun of Mob's biggest source of insecurity.
