Yep!

Nope! The anime did its job, sold LNs and made a profit. But it didn't seem to do well enough to justify keeping with it over other even more profitable ventures. Given it's been years and all we've heard is the Voice actors getting together and reminiscing over making the series, and that was at least a year ago by now the odds of a new season are tiny.
