I've been searching since 2011, both within and beyond the anime medium, for an urban fantasy title to match it. A work with political maneuvering amongst multiple, morally ambiguous magi factions and something akin to Kiritsugu's clever application of technology in tandem with magic. Fate/Zero spoiled me.

Its magi are GOAT and the Nasuverse's vampires are only rivaled by those in the World of Darkness.
