A big part of drawing is simply the knowledge you get from observing your surroundings, everything else is just experience. Stick to drawing every day and in a couple of years you'll reach a professional level. Even quicker if you just study and grind away really fucking hard every day, but that will burn out 99% of people.

Honestly, I don't know. When I was a younger man I used to draw with pen and paper and I was pretty decent at it. However, I stopped for a long time and when I just recently started to use a tablet I picked up years ago I was horrible. The pen wouldn't do what I wanted it to do and everything was awkward.

I'd say practice solely with the tablet since that way once you're able to draw well you'll be more comfortable digitally.

Medium doesn't really matter at all. Personally I flip flopped between digital and traditional because I just couldn't get the feel for using a tablet, then I realized how much of pain the ass ink was to work with and just stopped bothering with it. A huge part of art is just experience, moreso than the means. An experienced artist can smear shit on paper and make it look good.

The cheapest, smallest wacom intuous. Ideally I'd like a bigger one but I don't have the money. You don't need a good tablet really, 90% of them are perfectly functional. A good tablet might speed drawing up a little (by allowing you to use your arm more, meaning you have a longer stroke) but it won't actually make you any better. This goes for custom brush presets on photoshop or whatever too, the defaults are 100% functional.

Oda can't draw people for shit, his proportions are always off, some of "humans" he draw looks like horror show monsters. Action scenes are nice, backgrounds are impressive too (though I really doubt that Oda himself draws all this shit) but he really lacks at some parts to call his manga to be "best ever" in terms of art, not even mentioning story that is built on one basis which he reuses for every arc, comedy is dull(reusing of the same gags over and over again), drama is repetative. I dont know, I used to enjoy One piece several years ago, but after timeskip I just dont feel it anymore. A very decent manga, but defeinetely not the best - you just need to know when to stop.

Pretty much, except I think he sort of choose not to ever try to make something of it. In the end his choices were let her follow you, or stay with her, and face the fact Rin loved him and wanted to be with him or else leave her behind. After about the prison arc, at latest, where she rescued him he really saw her as her own person, and didn't think of her as like his dead sister, I don't think he would have always discounted a relationship with her. Which is why he deliberately never let one happen; he considered it dangerous for her to be around him as a wanted criminal and probably didn't think it was a good idea for a young girl to have to spend her life with someone who wouldn't ever age or die.

That's my take on it anyway.

The only small bit of comfort to me was that I do think Manji loved her in a way, she was clearly the most important thing in his life by the end of the story. It just wasn't a romantic love, and he never let it become one. I'm fairly sure I'm not going out on a limb by sawing that, I think there's evidence for it, but I can only say I hope that if his circumstances were better they would have stayed together. In the end it was a fairly tragic manga, no one's life worked out the way they wanted it to, not even Rin's revenge.
