I like to think of Yamato as a parody of all those upstanding, hard-working young men with little common sense that are so common in manga. I hate those bland template characters so he's probably my favourite. Warden is also great. I hope she wins Hajime's heart.

I know it's intentional but the designs are almost too ugly. It's hard to like a show that looks like a 13-year-old's attempt to be UNIQUE and DIFFERENT.

I'm loving Nanbaka, its got a really cool color pallet and style (constant starbursts is interesting and fresh, surprisingly), and the characters are fun, Warden especially.

I won't lie, the OP and ED are also strongly influencing my enjoyment. OP is nice to listen too, but the ED just oozes fun
