The manga is much better. But watch S2 anyway as it does have its moments. That, and the soundtrack is pretty good.

The manga is all kinds of hilarious shit, Some of the new characters are pretty decent but man it was so much better when the setting is on mars and not shitty earth.

I like TF, but /a/ never wants to talk about it.

mars fucking took forever, and it really just felt like it wasted a bunch of time constantly fighting, while trying to present a new twist every n chapters.
Earth fucking seems worse, except for bear-roach. He cool.
