The volume 12 a.k.a last volume includes 11 chapters, and it's 1 story per chapter.

Chapter 1 is the afterwards written by Hana regarding her finished novel.

Chapter 2 took place at the next days after the volume 11 event. This chapter talks about Sen's classmates forcing Sen to "admit" that she doesn't like Yo as much as want to engaging with him, and then took her away for a trip.

Chapter 3 talks about the trio, tea-haired girl's graduation and the other two's promise to make a name for themselves.

Chapter 4 talks about the date between Yo and long-haired Kyo. Their relationship started right after Kyo's confession at the 2nd day after chapter 2 event took place. A double date is later suggested by long-haired to get closer to Yo while to getting her sister and Ren(short-haired bf) to be closer to each other.
In order to test their's respective boyfriend's faith both couple book a different room in KTV, and then both sister proceed to disguise as each other and trying to seduce both's respective target. Both Yo and Ren managed to look through the disguise and stopped them. And when long-haired found that out, pic related happened.
Everything was then revealed to be a dream from long-haired Kyo, which implied that her dream will come true if she make the confession at the right timing.

Chapter 5 is a short story that took place few days after volume 8. It's regarding Ume's dad cheering her up when he took her back from Comiket.

Chapter 6 talks about the "engagement" between Yo and Ume, which took place after the volume 11 event. The "relationship" is for rejecting her father's offer for blind date with the son of his relatives and friends.
When the plan has succeed, Yo got her permission to visit her home occasionally due to his confession after he got touched by her occasional warmness during the "engagement".
In chapter 11 he even mentioned about his grade got improved thanks to Ume studying with him.
