I agree with this. Maybe the first half of of part 1 should be about Naruto & co. doing mission and stuff, introduce new characters, backstory, etc. Chunnin exam will be the finale for part 1. Sasuke's betrayal could be made for mid part 2 and his final battle with Naruto as the climax.

I have to admit while i lost my interest near the end, i still look fondly of this series. It's the first of the 'big three' to end and while it's dragging too long, it ended at the right moment before interest in Shonen genre pretty much dying.

The fight between naruto and sasuke now it's their final fight. the deluge created by suigetsu's and kisame's fight create a tidal wave on the river that drives sasuke and naruto fighting on a raging river that takes them all the way to the valley of the end where they end their conflict.

There is no butthurt obito, instead it is basically an echo of the Jubbii's mind, he needs to collect all the other tailed beasts to create itself once more, sort of like dormin in shadows of the colossus. It is a very alien entity that amuses itself in the chaos that humanity can bring upon himself. There is no hax madara and the "war" it's at a way lower scale.

It bascially happens with a pre-emptive strike before Tobi can prepare to launch his attack, Kabuto its a last resort ally.

No it isn't. Naruto bawling over his boyfriend not being with him in the timeskip is honestly some of the worst shit I've ever read, all the lead characters in the story are awful and the story is only ever interesting when a side character gets some focus somehow.
