That would be the idea thing.
However, I do note that I have had instances where people require you to have skype or some other form of voice chat for endgame/raids despite talking being almost entirely unnecessary.
Since she was trying to hid her gender then joining voice chats wasn't an option.
After that most people didn't bother with raiding anyway outside of the more hardcore groups

At various random points in both season 1 and season 2, it was revealed she did a lot of leg work for Shroe and his work for the Round Table. That meant he didn't have to do the scut work. The Log Horizon guild also amassed a large stockpile of consumables by the start of season 2. That was about a year after getting trapped in that world. LH had enough consumables to supply a high end raid party of 24 people for 20 days or so. The people doing the collecting of supplies would probably be her and kittykat.

Plenty of people have a weird social anxiety about doing hardcore content in MMOs, I used to get a bit nervous when queuing to tank in FFXIV for example, but I got over my fear of fucking up and wiping the party. She hasn't, and now that it's not just their e-peen on the line I'm sure she's way more nervous about the whole thing.
