You're getting close to the episode where they uncover that the droids needing to reset their memories is just a conspiracy and they actually download the information they've lived for profits. It's quite nice the scene where Isla and faggotdude manage upload the "cure" to that planned obsolescence memory thing to all droids alive.

It was great, but I feel dead inside now so I need something more lighthearted to pick me up. It doesn't help that I just finished the darkness arc of monogatari S2, so there are too many feels right now.

Honestly it had a lot of potential to end up being a good sci Fi story if they actually explored how Giftias work and why exactly they went berserk and needed a reset, maybe it could have been a decent "find a cure" story but also adding antagonists from the company who don't want a cure since they make a lot of money from constant resets.

It's a shame really.

It had potential, I can say that at least.
Sadly, the show is guilty of being badly made and a real mess in terms of narration or characters, which completely wastes the potential it had by the process, making it even worse. Still had some good moments as i thought Ilya (the name's Ilya, right?) had very understandable and rather heartfelt reactions to her conditions when she wasn't just a stupid clumsy robot.

But overall? A shit show, sadly.

Finish it. I cried, but it was a good cry. The ending was extremely obvious from the moment they explained how the giftias work but it still hits hard, it's a nice feeling really because the ending is sad but it's a good kind of sad. You already watched most of it, it would be pretty stupid to just stop at episode 10.
