Kizu Hanekawa is just creepy, the lengths she goes to be included in Araragi's vampire shenanigans is pretty disturbing for a person whose only just found out about oddities.

I'm not saying she wasn't immensely useful during Kizu, but you don't get sheared basically in half by a half vampires giant throwing cross and then treat it like you fell down and scratched your knee.

Because her princess perfect act made Araragi put her up on a pedestal and not even consider dating her, as well as the fact that she didn't have the guts to confess when she should have done, all she did instead was stew over her feelings and think that she had all the time in the world to mold Araragi into her perfect guy so she could date him 'properly'.
