Girlish Number is a comedy. I am missing some SoL though.

Girlish Number is currently AOTS, but competes really hard with Ping Pong Girl - since its incredibly energizing with great soundtrack and feel.

Hibike S2 is obviously better than everything else quality and direction wise - but since continuation and not novelty, cant compete for top.
