End. Also how?
>>
>>148674370
What? How did Gilda know the location they told to Don?
>>
>>148674419
Isn't that the real location? They told don behind his bed and it cuts off before he says where it actually is and mama replies like she's finishing the thought
>>
>>148674419
That's not what happened. Gilda and Don got two infos. Gilda went to meet Nigga Mama and tell her the Ropes are in the ceiling of the bathroom on the second floor. Don didn't do anything. ??? told Mama where the rope actually is which only the three main kids know. So either one of the three is the traitor or someone is somehow spying on the.
>>
>>148674419
Because it was Don who told mama, not Gilda
>>
>>148674370
It's a bit confusing but I think someone (Don) slid a paper under Mama's door and -then- Gilda came and paused in front of the door, ready to knock, before being intercepted by Niggamama. It makes no sense for Gilda to pass a paper note discreetly and then also knock. It's just hard to follow in the manga panels.
>>
>>148674505
I dont think there's a third suspect. It's Norman speaking the "It's behind my bed" so Don's the one spilling the info to Mama.
Gilda is most likely in cahoots with Sister. It's a bait and switch with the paneling in >>148674309 leading us to belive that Gilda went to Mama's room when in fact she didnt.
It's like those scenes in movies and series when a character goes into a room and then a character suspensefully goes to enter it but it turns out he went into another room.
>>
>>148674683
I thought behind my bed =/ inside the bed.
>>
Don is an established traitor (gave the crucial information immediately without question) and Gilda is a new traitor (wanted to meet Mama for the first time to reveal the whole thing in detail). Black Mama intercepted Gilda and wants her to be her own traitor and source of information.
>>
>>148674683
There could be a third suspect though

They knew the location they told both Gilda and Don and knew where the rope actually was
>>
>people actually didn't get it
Don is Mama's spy.
Gilda is Sister's spy, or at least Sister is trying to win her over.

>>
You can see that Gilda was going to knock on a door. So she isnt Mama's traitor

However, the info on the letter is the info the gave Don.

In the last page, they cut short where the rope wa supposed to be and show us the letter, which implies that is the correct location of it. But only the trio should know that. Therefore...

>Ray is Mama's traitor
>>
>>148675921
How did Gilda figure out the real placement then?
>>
>>148674309
>>148674370
FUUUCK.
did not assume Don AND Gilda were both traitors from the spoilers.
>>
>>148676112
She didn't. Norman never revealed the real location to the reader, will probably do so next chapter. However, she was going to meet with Krone, at her office, cause she's her spy.

As for the slip of paper, either Gilda left that under Isabella's door and then went to knock on Krone's, meaning she's a spy for both, or Don is the one who left it (likeliest possibility) since it has the location that was disclosed to him.
>>
>>148676096
Actually it's Emma
>>
>It's not Don
>Letter only says "bed"

For fuck's sake you autistic fucks, pay attention. It's Don. The letter is short so there was no space/time to explain in detail, hence he left out th part that its BEHIND the bed and only said its around it. It's Mama that read the words and assumed he meant inside it, not behind
>>
>>148676112
> speedreading in action.

there a 3 ropes:
- gilda: bathroom
- don: bed
- real: ???

the unshown person who slid the note was intentionally not shown.
gilda knocking was supposed to make the reader think she was the note writer.
the note's reveal is evidence that don was the note writer, thus 2 spies total.
>>
The spies do not know the real location of the rope. The rope is NOT in Norman's bed. Normal would never choose "behind his bed" as a fake location if the rope is hidden literally within arm's reach. More importantly, the notes under Mama's door only says "Norman bed". If the author wanted to convey that the spy knows the real location then obviously the note would precise whether the rope is IN the bed or BEHIND the bed. The notes doesn't precise because there is only one location, behind the bed. The mangaka wanted to make the scene abruptly shift when Norman is about to say the real location of the rope. The real plot twist at the end of the chapter is that both kids are spies, but they each behave differently. Don is an established spy, Gilda is a first-time traitor. Hence, Don immediately passed the minimal amount of information necessary while Gilda hesitated and decided to come in person.
>>
>Norman says it's behind his bed
>anons think real location is inside it

Jesus that would be retarded. Obviously the letter is from Don and inside the bed isn't the real location
>>
>inb4 it's not Don but another boy that heard Norman telling it to Don
>>
What do you think is Norman's plan to get rid of the transmitter embbeded in their ears? I don't think this is the kind of manga where two dozen kids are going to mutilate their ears with rusty spoons. I assume they plan to use a strong magnet or something of a similar nature which should painlessly disable the electronics.
>>
>>148676579
I think they will have an actual plan to get rid of the transmitters but one of the main characters will be forced to mutilate his or her ear for dramatic effect because they will be out of time. Probably Emma.
>>
Look at that first panel in >>148673315 and look at >>148673373. The art is so fucking pretty. It's a downer that the story (so far) is limited to a single location (the orphanage). This author has so much potential for scenery porn.
>>
>>148676579
The transmitters are Ray's problem to deal with.
>>
>>148676579
Ray is supposed to be good at mechanics and electronics right? He's probably building something that'll interfere with the transmitter's radiowaves.
>>
>>148676645

>Gilda is a first-time traitor

She might not be a malicious traitor though. Last chapter, Krone assured Emma she was in ally in the event that she had been involved with the "incident". What if Emma wasn't the only one Krone reached out too though? In that same chapter we see her staring at Gilda from afar, it's possible she made the same offer to her ("Isabella is bad, and I want to help you"), and now that Gilda got confirmation of that, she's going to Krone thinking she's trying to help them.

the ideia of neverland is full of potential, but the execution is so boring. the only thing they do is talk. gilda, don, I don't give a fuck for them because the narrative doesn't let the characters interact properly.

It's a shonen manga. Their target is kids/teenagers so they will want to make sure they get it.
While the part you quote could work without narration, it's not unnecessary to have it because it put emphasis on Emma's feelings.

>>
>>148677454
Nigga you do realize it's only been 12 chapters right?

It only feels slow because it takes a week for each chapter to come out

>It's a shonen manga.
>>148677821
>Nigga you do realize it's only been 12 chapters right?
it is precisely for being a shonen manga that characterization needs to be better labored. identification is the basis of all shonen manga. and the first chapters are crucial for this. it's not about being slow, but about being too plot-centered.

>Misleading cut to Gilda standing there
>Figure coming up behind her we think is one of the protags
>It's actually Sister
>Emma says Gilda is in front of SISTER'S room
>Note is info Don was given

Gilda was going to go talk to Sister Krone about shit, and it seems Krone was waiting so she likely talked with Gilda prior.
The ??? is most likely Don as the note has his given info. HOWEVER, this could be a mislead again, as we never see who it really is.
Don could have spilled it to one of the other boys who is the actual one giving the info. Unlikely, but possible.
>>

What the fuck does that even mean? There is a scene happening, the fact that there's text over pictures doesn't erase that.
Or are you too blinded by those damned narrator boxes that you can't see it?

So what do the spies receive in exchange?

There has to be something they get for doing the dirty work of betraying their own siblings. I guess it could be some sort of protection from the demons.

All of you are idiots.

Norman is the one speaking, so when he says "We'll tell Don [...] it's under my bed" he's referring to his own fucking bed.

This chapter basically just told us that Don already told Mom with the note, and that Gilda was heading towards Giga Nigga Sistah's room to tell her where the rope was hidden.

I'd imagine that Norman had already anticipated the event that both of them are fucking snitches, so none of this really matters in the end.

giving the nature of this, I can see it happening. Don or Gilda being jealous that Emma, Norman and Ray always get some praise and attention from mama because of the scores, and this is their way of getting that motherly love the want.
>>
>>148680282
As silly as this sounds, simple affection from Mama like being praised and "making her proud" could be their whole motivation for being her mole. Considering Mama is the only adult figure they've known their entire lives, it's only natural they want to be bathed with affection, especially if they feel like there's some sort of bias with Mama showing much more effection to the trio for having the highest scores.

by knocking on fucking GNS's door?
Norman seriously underestimated Gilda's retardation.

At least the confrontation between Mama and Mrs. Harambe is pretty much ready to happen now.
>>
>>148683516
I don't think Gilda was knocking on Nigress Mama's door. I think she was about to knock on Vanilla Mama's door but then got intercepted by Genderswapped Harambe. The line "I was waiting for you" is probably supposed to mean that Dindu Mama was waiting for a spy to report to Mama so she could hear from them first.
>>
>>148684112
Wouldn't have Gilda protested though? Saying that she was there to see Mama, not Krone.
>>
>>148684112

>>148674370
>>
>>148684112
You just have to look at Gilda's face in that panel to discard this theory.
>>
>>148684287
>>148684462
Isn't that exactly what is happening? Gilda is clearly uncomfortable. She was about to knock on a door and then Noob Saibot appeared from BEHIND her and surprised her. This meeting is clearly not what she had in mind, however she has no authority (and no reason) to say no if African Mama wants to talk with her in private. Emma says "what's doing on" because obviously from her point of view Gilda should be lead to Mama's room, not away from her door, like what is currently happening. Emma already knows that Gilda is the spy (from the moment she sneaked from her bed) but now Emma is confused because she doesn't know why Africa Mama would want to talk to Gilda in private. The two mamas should want to listen to Gilda together. The one thing that the children have not taken in consideration in all their plans is that the two Mamas are not working in cooperation. That is what they will deduce from this situation if they are smart. Two spies, two Mamas with different intel.
>>
>>148684934
She could be uncomfortable because of Krone's touch. If anything, if Gilda had not been expecting Krone there, she'd act surprised and fearful about her presence. Just because Krone apeared from behind doesn't mean it wasnt her room: she was simply not in it at that moment. And Emma being surprised is because she expected Gilda t hurry to Mama's door, not Krone's
>>
>>148685329
But Krone said she was waiting for Gilda. Shouldn't she be waiting inside the room if it was hers? The fact Krone had been waiting means that she didn't simply happen to arrive at that moment. She had been waiting, outside a room, for someone to come to a room.
>>
>>148674370
I find it an interesting move by the author to include a third party in Black Mama, that can work with the kids to escape.
>>
>>148685882
She could have been waiting for G8ilda to give her more news, but without a specific day/time for it. Afterall, the kids told Gilda the 'truth' that very same day so it's not as if Gilda might have had time to alert Krone that she'd have news.

And/Or Krone could have been snooping around the place, came back to her room to find Gilda already there and made that comment
>>
>>148685882
She could also have been waiting to corner her, in case Gilda was unsure and decided to go back without knocking.
