actually it might be really kaneki i've been thinking about it if you remember in the first tg when he saved irimi we got a flashback the chapter after on how he defeated mogan same thing now he is fighting him but the fight is probably over by now and judging by ui's reactions it's either tsukiyama's father or kaneki because he know both of them there's no way it's koma his hand is weird and what he is wearing is similar to the OEK we've seen in chapter 64 in eto's story

Pretty much. I'm amazed we've had to spend so much fuckin time on unexpected shit with Kurona and Tsukiyama.

Much of that time could've been used for the Houji and Tatara fight. That really should've lasted a good 4-5 chapters, with some much needed flashbacks devoted to the battle in China with Chi She Lian.

Who the fuck was Fei to Tatara? How was his relationship with his older brother? How did Tatara come into contact with Aogiri? How did Yan fall to Houji?

Even when Seidou jumps in later on, have him struggle against Tatara and not have Tatara job like a bitch. Also, fuckin show Houji's death.

This seriously pisses me off that some good shit is dropped while some boring shit is given importance.

Wait if my memory serves me right Mutsuki didn't mention that Tatara was kiled when Urie arrived, meaning that his body is indeed gone, and since Tomoe was still there that must mean he left on his own (most likely during the time skip when Seidou slaughtered the CCG) meaning that he's still alive.
Maybe I'm being delusional, whatever.

Ou see it really doesn't matter that trap defeated Takizawa, because she used underhanded methods and Takizawa was clearly underestimating his enemy.
Also there are no powerlevels in TG, so even though trap defeated Takizawa doesn't mean she is objectively stronger than Tatara.
Powerlevels are absolute, meaning that in a manga with powerlevels character X who has a PL of 10000 can defeat character Y with a PL of 7000 and character Z with a PL of 5000 without problems.
Let's take Kuzen's last stand during the Anteiku raid as an example. Shinohara and Kuroiwa sr. both had a hard time fighting him in th Aogiri raid already, even though they were wearing their Aratas and Kuzen wasn't aiming to kil them, so we can say Kuzen is objectively stronger than a special class.
But he still lost to the combined efforts of the special classes (and Suzuya), because there are no powerlevels.
