It's still Killy, but Melissa Tanaka the translator for the Master Edition has transliterated the Japanese characters of 'Kirii' to write it as Kyrii instead.

Nihei gave the manga an Engrish name ( Blame! Is supposed to be Blam!, like a gun going off) so I suppose the Japlish is just getting back for it.
