Why does no one give a fuck about Tsukihime anymore, not even the author?
Because it doesn't print as monies as Fate
>>148477969
as much monies*
If Nasu really didn't give a shit anymore he wouldn't keep putting a Tsukihime remake section in every TM-Ace since it's been announced.
>>148478037
Tsukihime Remake is as likely to come out as Fate is to be officially localized.
Tsukihime was a long time ago, anon. I was 13 in 2000. Only the truest fans could care for this long.
>>148478037
Tsukihime remake is pretty much a running joke for TM by now
Kohaku can kill Servants. Discuss.
>>148478072
Then why does he keep reminding us of it? If he really didn't care anymore he'd try to sweep it under the rug and have us forget he ever mentioned it.
>you will never go on a badass manly crusade killing Apostles with Ciel so you can have a 3some end
>and then Sensei abducts you out of Castle Bumstay to go on an even more sugoi adventure

>Ciel
Gross.
>>148478741
>This is the only Tsukihime manga in years and will never be translated
>Meanwhile any Fate shit manga that comes out gets translated in a heartbeat
Kill me.
>>148479055
I'm translating it. I'm just taking my sweet time and English is my second language(Japanese being third). I'm still on the script part right now. The first chapter/pre-chapter is 50 pages long.
>>148479133
Wow, anon, you are a savior. I thank you in behalf of all Tsukihime fans.

The Tsukihime Remake tale has been around since 2008 mate.
Read that slowly... 2008. April 2008.
It will soon be 10 years since the remake was announced (which was supposed to be a project to commemorate the 10 years anniversary of Type Moon, meaning the VN was originally planned to be released during 2010). The Remake still doesn't have a release date. And here's the thing, the only thing that is clear is that the Remake won't be out until the entirety of Mahoyo is made and released, and do we have any dates for Mahoyo? Nope.
The best thing that could happen for the Non-Fate franchises would be that TM sells their IPs to some other company, because TM sure isn't leaving the Fate train.
>>148481749
It was never announced in 2008 though. It was only officially announced during the 10th TM FES
>And here's the thing, the only thing that is clear is that the Remake won't be out until the entirety of Mahoyo is made and released,
Uh, what?
>>148482038
>It was never announced in 2008 though. It was only officially announced during the 10th TM FES
The remake was first mentioned during 2008.
>Uh, what?
It's supposed to be a trilogy.
>>148482259
>The remake was first mentioned during 2008
Yes but it was never stated to be in production.
>It's supposed to be a trilogy
That says nothing about Mahoyo needing to come out before the Tsukihime remake. By that logic Nasu wouldn't release Fate works either since you make it sound Mahoyo is holding any future work back.
As of now there are no plans for another Mahoyo game, unlike Tsukihime remake which is in production.
>>148477944
Because it's really goddamn old. If it were a person, it would probably be of legal consenting age to fuck in Japan.
>>148477944
It wasn't all that interesting.
Tsukihime and Kagetsu Tohya are ancient and the latest addition to the Melty Blood series was 2010 (2011 if you count Powerd Ciel and Archetype:Earth's story modes). With how long the remake has been taking, it's no wonder.
You'll take your F/GO domination and you'll like it.
>>148484470
>>148484526
Takeuchi really needs to drop the straight hair.
It makes his designs look too generic.
>NIGHT/STAY NIGHT
What did they mean by this?
>>148484712
It means it is very dark.
You are likely to be eaten by a Grue.
>>148484807
I wonder who this 'Enhance' is...
It's just not fair. I want more Hisui/Kohaku and Akiha stuff.
Also the redesign of Ciel is appalling. It looks good, but it's just not the same.
>>148481749
Considering it already seems like he's sold out the brand to Aniplex I think he's way ahead of you
>>148485288
They know what brings large profit.
>>148485329
I bet Kadokawa must be still banging their heads against the wall for letting the franchise go
>>148477944
Nope
It turns out that remake Arcueid’s miniskirt is Ciel and Akiha’s fault. They pressured her to do it.
>>148477944
>/a/ - Anime & Mangawhat is this screen shot from?

I always feel like I need to read more type moon shit before I watch that. It's never enough.
>>148485622
>Tsukihime
>Kagetsu Tohya
>Melty Blood
>Fate/stay night
>Fate/hollow ataraxia
The last episode is full of little references
Because Tsukihime doesn't have the same Fantasy/Supernatural extravagance of Fate/Whatever.
Most of Tsukihime's appeal comes from the Far Side anyway
>>148485329
>>148485926
Does Ayako Kawasumi get as much money as Type Moon for all the Saber stuff she does?
It'd explain why she gets fewer roles per season/year.
Thanks for reminding met. Turkeyhandlefag since 2009
>tsukihime manga will never be rescanlated
>>148477944
Fate lets Type-Moon print money. Tsukihime isn't anywhere nearly as popular. Sucks though because I enjoyed Tsukihime a lot more than Fate.
>>148484888
>watching Kohaku slowly climb up the ranks and knock down Akiha.
Tsukihime is Shiki's story. He's a cool dude, but there isn't really a story to tell beyond stories that involve him.
Meanwhile Fate has a massive concept you can be used to tell dozens of different stories (and boy have they). So really, it's just a lot easier to use Fate as the basis for various stories and games than Tsukihime.
I think you probably could use the Tsuikhime universe to tell interesting stories about vampires and vampire hunters, but ultimately it's just much easier to use Fate as a vehicle for storytelling than Tsukihime.

>Shitrou not even in the top 10

What are you talking about? He's in the top 3.
Nasu is a fucking hack.

I'm probably smart enough to know that you're a bigger faggot than Shirou was.

Arcueid Brunestud - "Have you heard of Tsukihime? Once upon the time, it was extremely popular. Now it is active in the background".... The only people who have not heard of this are probably the newbies. This is Type Moon's original heroine, Arcueid, at Number 5. This powerful one remained at Number 5 not because her potential is mediocre. For future activities of the pure-pure princess, please stay tuned.
Shiki Ryougi - If Arc is Type Moon's original heroine, then Shiki Ryougi is the unrivaled heroine at the eve of Type Moon. The pioneer of Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, Taiji incarnate, leaped into Number 2! Thank you, thanks everyone! She also made it to Number 1 in the "Witch's Box" popularity vote. Where does all this popularity come from? It's got to be the effect of the ufotable movies. As a heroine, she is kind of dangerous. Although I think of it that way, but it's not like the other heroines are any better. Mmmm, actually she's not that dangerous. Please support the Gospel of the Future movie!
Saber - Excess introduction is not necessary. Blonde-haired-green-eyed girl knight. The sword-wielding and most powerful Servant. The brilliant Queen of Type Moon----Artoria, King of Knights, Saber! I appreciated the passionate comments, thank you! Everyone really loves Saber! Her charisma even conquered Gilgamesh, so there is no way she would yield the First Place. Takuechi is not satisfied with Saber Lily, so he wants to create the next generation of Saber. Idol Saber, what do you think?

Considering Shirou was literally drowning in pussy, I'm fine with that.

But the moon isn't blue and air isn't crimson. But I guess the air could look crimson if there was a crimson moon, but then the moon wouldn't be blue. And how can the moon be under the air?

I wish I could play this game at a decent level but I'll stick with Melty.

We should play again sometime.
