I downloaded it and skip watched some to get a feel for it before committing but the animation and drawing quality is so bad I just cannot watch it. If you plan to boycott it do it for this reason. Awful quality. Watch Qwaser of Stigmata or even Queen's Blade instead.

It actually isn't. It has fanservice the same way KLK does - there is so much absurd bullshit fanservice that you basically just stop noticing it after a few chapters. And around that point, the characterization builds to the point that fanservice stops being the selling point.

Keijo has really good character development, a half-decent story and solid battle mechanics. Yeah there's shit tons of fanservice (one of the later chapters revolve entirely around the main character's nipples), but there's much more to it than that.
