The flying being almost all done as 3DCG was really disappointing, I hope we get some traditionally animated fight sequences otherwise its going mar my Brave witches experience in a bad way. Other than that, I really enjoyed the added effort for faces and backgrounds and the 1st ep story was alright, here's to hoping its at least on par with season 1, even with 3DCG.

I think I'm happier with this CG more than Gonzo's. I know it's 8 years between series but Gonzo's CG was always stuck in the 90's. That 'pan' over the landscape in the first season where Perrine and Yoshika were dueling was fucking disgusting with CG land.

Silver Link's CG is at least smooth and blended alright. I just wish they at least could switch between CG and traditional a bit more than they are. Hopefully come the end we'll have some budget saved and good looking fight scenes.
