I started reading the manga a few weeks back and I just finished DiU. As most of you probably already know, part 5's colorization is not yet finished, so I wanted to ask if holding off on part 5 and reading the rest while waiting for part 5 to finish being colorized would be so bad. I mean, reading uncolorized manga online hurts my eyes. I had a hard time understanding Dead Man's Questions because i almost couldn't distinguish things from one another.

Araki's style develops and evolves as he grows, just like all of us do. when we encourage people to skip part 5 and come back to it later, what happens is that they grow accustomed to Araki's later style, as well as to the SBRverse if they read far enough ahead, and then going back to VA feels like a chore because it's so dated. it's like how if you randomly pick a season 3 episode of Seinfeld, it's not necessarily that great objectively, but if you watch the entire series starting from the beginning, then you can appreciate how season 3 fleshes out a lot of the elements that make the show so great. part 5 is where Araki really grows in the sense of fight choreography and creative stand power use, and despite mixed opinions on the plot, most people seem to agree that it's the peak of stand powers and designs. depriving someone of the joy of appreciating those things in context is a disservice to that person and to the community who has to deal with that person perpetually bitching

Tthe anime makes direct references to Kira in both the beginning of the show and showing off his current girlfriend around the end of the first cour in the shower. Kira was interlaced in the anime and a hell of a lot better than the mood whiplash that was Cinderella
Plus him showing up at the beginning of Cinderella made for good foreshadowing that he knew how to escape when in danger. The pacing was benefited as a story than whatever themes Cinderella was meant to establish

A lot of redraws, new animation, saturation and overlay changes, etc. Do you think this is a response to the backlash of how lazy it originally was, or did they release the first version with the intent to clean it up all along? A week doesn't seem like enough time to respond to complaints and make big changes like that.
