Furichi has the best fights in Beelzebub. My favorite character actually got to be a badass for a little bit.

I thought that was Kondou and not that whats-his-name from Naruto.
Anyway Kondou's had his share of manly moments too, the most recent one that I rewatched was when he smacked the shit out of Okita during Mitsuba-arc. Acted like a true bro/father figure.

Guy vs Madara was fucking unbelievable and I've only read the manga
Seeing the main villain get absolutely stomped by a secondary, practically tertiary character was awesome.
In 99% of anime in the face of the main antagonist, all characters become irrelevant and only the MC can save the day, it's so boring
