The author never even implied that she was a tranny or felt she was born with the wrong gender. This all started after TG anime aired and the typical undesirables latched on to this series. How Saiko has been reacting towards the absence of Haise, the guy was like a mother figure to her and he ended turning into an edgelord who abandonend and isolated himself from the q's after the death of Shirazu. You think she would feel betrayed or atleast show some conflicting feelings about him, hell they were even in the same room together when he visited Urie and the q's in the gym, we even got to see how Urie and Mutsuki felt about his abandonment, yet we don't even get some insight between Saiko and him despite her being the closest to him back when he was Haise.
