If Japs are such massive pedos they don't want to do the college years because in Japanese society they're basically grandmas after they grow a full bush between their legs, they should at least do a "non non biyori: repeat" type of deal of their high school years. K-On! was pretty popular and is fondly remembered nowadays. It would've totally been worth it.
