Pretty sure his very first death was the worst, actually, in terms of pain. Either that or freezing to death from ApocalyPuck because hypothermia is meant to be insanely painful.

Aside from getting his limbs knocked off twice by Rem, the actual deaths (Near instant head exploding, near instant decapitation from Ram) wouldn't be that painful relatively speaking.

Hypothermia hurts when you warm back up, not when you're freezing.
It's not pleasant but it's not particularly bad.
