So why didn't Super Buu disappear when they pulled out Fat Buu?

Super Buu is Evil buu taking over the full power of Majin Buu.

Kid Buu is the actual original Buu before any absorbtion, and the majin buu that comes out from that is part of his life force + all the absorption over time

Evil Buu was a manifestation of Fat Buu's evil side, Fat Buu created him, he didn't exist before. When Evil Buu abosrbed Fat Buu he changed his shape to fit his evil personality, but both Fat Buu (before Evil Buu was created) and Super Buu have the same power level, Fat Buu is just simply retarded that's why was weaker.
