Just saw Akira in cinema as part of the anniversary of Manga Ent,'s release and it was fucking incredible. I'd seen it many times before, but on the big screen makes such a difference.
What films have you guys seen theatrically?
I've also seen;
A Letter To Momo
Sword of the Stranger
5cm Per Second
Howl's Moving Castle
Ponyo
RE; 009 Cyborg

Yeah that's it, thanks.

I had the chance to last year and couldn't get off work. I'm still sad about it. Hopefully the same theater does something like that again.

Really one of the most enjoyable and probably the most well-directed shorts I've ever seen.
EoE is being shown here soon.
I'm hype.
Posting more magnetic rose.

Yeah, it was insane how much of a difference it was. Kinda disappointed that it was subbed though. Wanted to hear Cam Clarke.
Gonna watch one of the extra showings that has the dub. Hopefully it's the streamline dub.

I really wish they didnt drop the semi-hard sci fi feel at the start for the ghost ship magic stuff
I was able to see Rebellion, Kizu 1, and Psycho-Pass. It's too bad that Akira wasn't shown anywhere near here, but at least we're getting Kizu 2 soon.
I got to see Madoka Rebellion and Tiger & Bunny The Rising in theaters. Both were infected with fangirls who wouldn't shut the fuck up throughout the movie and I wanted to kill them. It was good seeing the movies in theaters with friends otherwise.
