I started this anime 10 years ago when it first was airing and finally finished it tonight. I feel.... something... i.... what.. do i do now? Is there an anime that can rival such epic arcs?
Suicide is pretty good.
Unlike 99% of anime it actually had a good ending. Its hard to come by.

The Recommendations tab on the MAL entry will give a lot of other options, but most of them are just people pairing anime they like with superficial or minimal similarities.
Personally, I think what makes Code Geass tick is three main elements:
- Former friends becoming sworn enemies and figureheads of their respective causes.
- The former friends have the same or very similar end goals but with very different approaches.
- Building tension of that relationship with a final cathartis at the climax of the series, which happens after the epic battles are all finished.
Given those characteristics, I would recommend Aldnoah Zero. It should feel a lot like Code Geass in space. It's got a pretty sweet OST to boot.

Feel free to "fell away" again.

I remember Code Geass fondly. I watched it over the summer while taking college courses. So many keikakus.
