I'm mainly talking about the convenience store reprint market. trashy reprints for general consumption by normies. Jojo, Fukumoto and Kochikame dominate.

I'm familiar with Jump Remix. I'm asking how many reprints it's gotten, since even sticking to Jump I know Dragon Ball got at least five, and I know a few non-Jump series that have even more.
Also, I'm pretty sure the first prints are also for normals.

I just checked a random volume of Kochikame (volume 30) originally published in 1984 and my volume is the 47th reprint in 1993

I think my point is that Kochikame like a few series are perennially reprinted because of extremely wide appeal. Few adults or elderly are going to be reading Dragonball, for example, but they might pick up Kochikame.
