Nah. One cour wonder written all over it. Been lots of isekai anime lately but don't think the people into that niche care for a down to earth character-focused story with emotional drama. If you're not gonna do the "I was a loser in my old life but a bad ass in the new world" shtick then you gotta have some other gimmick to hook people. Re:Zero went for gratuitous suffering and it seems to have paid off, certainly popular enough on /a/. No idea how it's selling though.

A bit, sorta average boost. Before it never ranked (so it never sold more than 10k per volume at the very best) and now new volumes get like 30k before they drop off (so 40~50k total), each volume also got something like 25~35k boost to each while it was airing.
