Pretty sure there's many mangaka that are known for multiple work. Urasawa with Monster and 20th Century Boys at least, Inoue for Slam Dunk and Vagabond, Togashi with Yu Yu Hakusho and HxH, Rumiko Takahashi for Ranma, Urusei Yatsura and Inu Yasha... The list goes on.
