At the end of the day it's not about power. It's about friendship and story. The only way Kuroko would fight somebody like Mikoto is if she did something bad or crossed the line into the darkside which I believe she'll do at some point and Kuroko will have to stop her. If this happens the writers would most likely let Kuroko come out on top with the win.

Kuroko knows Mikoto very well and wouldn't underestimate her. She would know not to grab Mikoto or get close and she's a good fighter like Frenda. Put it his way. Where somebody like Frenda failed Kuroko would finish the job if she was actually going for the kill in my opinion. I feel like Mikoto would severely underestimate Kuroko. Awaki's ability is just teleportation just with more application and high limit, Kuroko only has speed and low ass weight limit, if you want her to have a chance to level up, she needs to at least increase her weight limit first and foremost.
And she won't, because the only reason she's level 4 was because she can calculate up to 11th dimension, something every teleporter required to know anyways.

In the end the Railguns battling seriously is just make believe. The truth is they'd much more likely team up because that's where their true strength shines. Nobody can stand a chance against them.

The Railguns are just better people in general compared to all other characters in the series. Think about all the good most of them do and without killing people. This is why the magic side will never stand a chance and is filled with sad fans who only care about the characters that are "in" at any given time.

Not very many people can. I don't even think Accel can really stop it all the time. If he's caught off guard even for a second it's over and I don't even think reflect would work on something that appears inside the body. Teleport does work on him though he's not like Touma.

Depends on which version of Kakine it is and whether Dark Matter is bullshit enough to counter teleportation. She won't do shit do Dark Matter Kakine, but if he can't land a hit on her it then becomes a battle of attrition, which DM Kakine would always win.

Unless he floods the area with so much DM that Kuroko risks telefragging herself whenever she teleports, at which point he wins.
