Not really. The best point with Ufotable is that "they dont rush". They take their time making shows, with solid budget and deliver finished and very polished product that looks solid - unlike Deen, A-1,or god forbid Shaft.

UfoUBW was prettier Deen but just as bad. Same level of shit filler, same level of incompetent production staff, same level of director having no idea what he is doing, same level of "adapting" and actually even worse pacing than in DEEN verison. It was pretty much a cash grab throw-away adaptation that Ufo did not bother to allocate proper people to work on it. Sure it got the general order of events right but it utterly failed both in atmosphere, directing and characterization to the point that half the last episode discussion is anime onlies making incorrect assumptions about Shirou and Nasu having to clear it up on his blog. It rushed the moments that should be taken slower, it skipped the moments that actually explain things and and actually make characters make sense and then it slowed down on things that literally have no purpose but to fill the space. Hey who needs the main character actually having monologues that explain his philosophy and psychology, if we can have 4 minute long scene where characters do nothing but eat or walk past landmarks! But hey it had pretty explosions!

tl;dr: it was pretty much Michael Bay adaptation kind of deal.

Prillya so far is the only fate show where, barring Episodes 7 and 8 in the first season, everything has been handled correctly.

You realize Ayaka was the one who healed Arthur's mistake like Shirou did with Saber? Ayaka's nature is what Shirou's 'defect' is based on, in that she is abnormally selfless and cannot ask anything from others (like sacrifices) which fucks her up as magus. She gives her own blood and shit for rituals. She takes in toxins to win a battle. She's not a normal girl. She's kind of mix of Shirou and Rin (or rather Shirou and Rin were based on Ayaka).

Nasu spends most of his time as a supervisor and helping his writers stay on the main path and giving them some direction, he gives them pretty much free reigns for what they want to do.

When Nasu actual does main writing such as Camelot he goes over the fucking top. Looking forward to Babylon as he is doing a good amount of work for that as well.

He's itching for it. GoA was great, and I honestly think whoever bashes it never actually read it. it was heartfelt and bittersweet. Camelot chapter and his journal entry also prove he's the best writing the Knights. You can tell he's got a hard on when the mascot of FGO, his big project, is Merlin's familiar and the main heroine is possessed by Galahad.

Camelot people almost always plays a pivotal role: Saber Alter is the boss of the Prologue (where we know she was Olga's father's Servant), Mordred is your main ally in London (plus Arturia Lancer Alter a secret boss), and Camelot. That's two orders and the Prologue focused on that cast. Nobody else got this treatment.
