This isn't really that accurate, it's more of just a list of genres and demographics. I've seen PreCure and some stuff below it, but I haven't seen things like death note, inuyasha, rurouni kenshin, basically all the mainstream stuff besides Dragon Ball/Z and Naruto.

Most of the stuff I've seen, on that list anyway, is around levels 3-5

What tier would the entire Legend of the Galactic Heroes series be?

If "obscure experimental pieces" include a critically acclaimed independent film by an accomplished animator and an unsuccessful but praised commercial film, it doesn't take much to get to that point.

I guess I'm below the bottom, since I've seen some 1920s shorts and independent animation that aren't available on DVD/BD/Internet.
